Is there a trick for?

removing a pilot bearing from an AUTOMATIC transmission?

I know of the grease trick for a manual but that wont work for the auto.

The picture on the left is manual and the right is auto.

I always drill 2 holes and thread 2x bolts in and then use a slap hammer.
