Has anyone ever seen this before? From what i gathered its telling yo to do multiple different type of resets to get a complete ECU rest.

I think disconnecting the battery for a few minutes will reset all that stuff and be way easier.

Am I right??

You can disconnect the battery, pump the brakes to discharge, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Once you've done the "pedal dance method" for the ECM reset it's quick and easy though. That's what I typically do.

You will want to do an ECM reset anytime you make changes to the engine like air filter, sealing up leaks, changing injectors or spark plugs, coil packs, etc. Anything that affects air/fuel delivery or ignition. One of the primary purposes of resetting to the ECM is to zero out the learned algorithm for long term fuel trim.
