Hey guys, I am having a problem where if I'm driving my g will randomly lose power and I cannot accerlate. Gas pedal will not Rev up but car is not off. Pull over on the road and tried to reset everything by turning car off and it won't turn on. Get it jumped off and head down the road and it loses power again and this time if I put the car in neutral it revs up like normal but I put it in first it'll bog down and will not Rev up even if the clutch pedal is engaged and in first gear. But in neutral it'll Rev up normally then it dies again. I just replaced batter and alternator but am still leaning on the alternator being bad or clutch switch or throttle bottle position sensor.. Anyone experience this?

 

Check for any hidden trouble codes, does the engine stumble at all or is it running smoothly the entire time?

 

there were no other codes that popped up. Lost power and then all the lights on the dash was flickering. Only ran kinda smooth when it was in neutral but putting it in first gear(clutch still engaged) it would start to stumble and couldn't Rev at all but in neutral it would Rev up. Did an obd2 test that tests the alternator and it said it was bad so I guess that's that.

 

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same problem, replaced the alternator and same issue is persisting.
