Matic S fluid

Hi everyone, I'm about to drain and fill my atf on my G. I have curious question. Nissan doesn't make ATF fluid or motor oil, so why do we always buy from Nissan? Where does Nissan get theirs from?

Don't know where they get the Matic S from but they get their CVT fluid from Idemitsu. I use Valvoline ATF for the G35 and Valvoline CVT for my kid's Nissan with CVT. 303k miles on the G35 with transgo kit. Working fine... Crazy to pay for any OEM labeled fluid of any kind in my opinion.

Thanks to you I searched Idemitsu and got a pretty good deal. I'm hoping this is the right ATF for it. Nissan wanted $127 for 5 gallons and I ended up paying $83 bucks for 5 gallons.
