Need Help!! Engine Problems after Stereo Install

Hey Guys,
I have a problem. I got my Kenwood 7015 and Nav Installed about 3 months ago. Well last month, my car started misfiring. I took it to Infiniti and they looked at it and couldn't do anything with it, so they reset the codes and sent me on my way. Well last week the same thing happened again. And the stored code was the same as the first, saying that the 4th cylinder was misfiring and they kept the car for a week and could not determine what was wrong with it. So now they have switched the #2 cylinder with the #4 cylinder and say that they think it was the people that installed the stereo, they said that they tapped into the "body control harness" and this directly connects to the "ECM". So now I am about to take it to the Stereo place and see if they can re-wire it. But does any one have any other advice??

What do you mean they switched the #2 cylinder with the #4? Still, what I don't understand is why tapping into the BCM harness (which mainly controls the door locks, gauges, HVAC, stereo, etc.) would cause a misfire, unless it's somehow interfering with the signal sent to the coil pack. Don't you have to tap into the BC harness to install a stereo?

If it's a misfire, assuming the stereo place didn't really screw up, it has to be a spark or fuel problem.
- Did they check the coil packs and plugs?
- Did they check the fuel injector in #4 to see if it was within spec and operating properly?
- Did they check the O2 sensors?
- Did they check for vacuum leaks, MAF problems, fuel pressure, etc.?

If those checked out fine, then go back to the stereo place - I suppose it's possible that the stereo place nicked the harness or wired it incorrectly, but that seems really strange.
