I agree, looks like a hose clamp. I would definitely inspect your engine bay ASAP. If you don't find where it came from, take your G to the dealer to get checked out. There is a remote possibility that it was road debris that was somehow kicked up into the bumper.

There is a guy on this forum named G35Mechanic, try PM'ing him.

It may have also just been left there from the factory. Won't be the first time random extra parts were found in a bumper or tucked away somewhere.

If you've been driving it for a while without problems I would drop it off at the dealer and have them inspect your hoses and such, I doubt you need to have it towed unless there is a problem.

1) It is a hose Clamp
2) 99% sure it is a factory remnant. Assembler likely dropped and either couldn't find, or was quicker to grab another.
2a) Note the the 'U' shaped piece holding the hose clamp in the full open posistion, have to assume they are that way from factory, they install and simply pop that off to secure (i.e. easier and faster than the way we undo and redo them)

if you dont have fluids leaking out or a check engine light your fine. Its hard to judge its size from the picture.

When we do the pre delivery inspection we find extra parts all the time. I have a CD thats japaneese music that came in the car from japan. Its kinda funny thinking about the fact that some guy is like "darn...i know i have it around here somewhere" when its in california the whole time. Stuff like the floor mats are in a bag thats in the trunk, one time I had a car with 5 sets of floor mats. Sometimes extra shift *****.
