Does anyone know if this thing would do anything performance wise? I tried looking at the Central20 site but it's all in Japanese.

 

Looks like the Technosquare reflash would do the same, and more for about half the cost. Either that, or a Greddy E-Manage. If they were willing to let you demo the thing at no cost, maybe. But to shell out $800 on a fuel/timing map that may not be optimized to your setup is not so good.
