Remove the top bolts holding the unit to the fender area, and then pull up. If it goes upward then you did not install the 40mm long bolt.

Believe me, Stillen is a rotton company to deal with. They are a high turnover sales organization, period. Very different from Jim Wolf for example. My first dual-wall Stillen exhaust was welded crooked. Therefore, it did not rest under the half openings under my car. In fact, the left exhaust tip was shifted to the right. I fought hard with these idiots until they finally sent me another exhaust. Their customer support stinks and they are very cocky. Remember though, this is coming from Millen himself... They are really a crappy company... They are simply a selling entity. Never expect any support from these people.
