300 Hp???

Ok.. so i have a kinetix V4 plenum, JWT popcharger, Z-Tube, and i am waiting on HKS Hi-Power Ti exhuast, A.A.M spec test pipes, Strut 3-1 headers, UR crank pulley, and A.A.M custom ECU reflash. is all of this enough to get me to the 300 hp bench mark???? if not what should i be at with all these mods? and what is the stock horse power for a 2003 coupe?

Thanks,
Jay

This was one I just saw,

I would check the specs on that one, supposed to be higher flowing.

Anything that we can do to help a fellow enthusiast squeeze every ounce of power outta the VQ.

For an NA G, I dont think any plenum/manifold can/will provide overall better HP gains than the crawford. The SSR/SFR, new Kinetix are best for FI applications and provide better gains on G/Z's w/ FI and or G's in only the high power band. At mid power band they have shown decreases in torque from what I recall. Manifold/Plenums such as the SSR and new kinetix actually have been shown to decrease performance for everyday driveability. If HP is your game, they MAY be what you want to shoot for, but I personally never would buy a $600-800 manifold that only shows gains at or around 6k RPM+ and shows losses in the rest of the band.

check out my350z.com for more details and info.

300 at the wheels or at the crank? At the crank, probably. At the wheels, no way. Here's a novel idea, go to a dyno to get an idea of where you are at.

No im pretty sure you can get very close to 300rwhp (at the wheels, dont read to fast) You should look into a flywheel since you are more concerned about hp and not as much torque, lighter flywheel more hp less torque*

Also you will need to get Cams done inorder to get close to the 300 mark, along with light wieght pulleys.

After those you should be very close like about 5 ponies off, if you really want those extra 5 ponies get a bottle of 5 shot Nos hehe, but yea after all of those you will or should be really close i cant think of much else you would do, maybe higher compression pistons but i dont know... hope that helps
