What was your 60ft time? With those dubs, you were probably 2+. Also, what was your trap speed?

9.665 1/8th = ~15.0 1/4

What are your mods? Experience? Year? Auto or 6MT?

Every track is going to be different.

Our local track at Qualcomm is also 1/8 mile. I took my G there bone stock and did a best of 9.3 with horrible 60ft times due to crappy tires (Eagle RS-A's which came with the car).

impossible to tell what the quarter mile is.

it depends on how much you pick up in the back half. in truth the stock car is in the 14's so with heavy rims i doubt you would have broken down into the 13's.
