Thank You.
You can go with the 5/16" and keep the engine cover on.
Or you can go with the 1/2" without the engine cover.

The spacers perform differently on different cars but generally dyno between 8 HP to 13 HP. The 1/2" spacer will produce approximatly 1.5 HP more than the 5/16".

Yes! It will work with the 3/8" spacer no problem. I made special provisions to accomodate the numerous customers with 3/8" plenum spacers.

The Motordyne Iso Thermal plenum spacers are being installed and tested on many cars right now. More details will emerge when the data becomes available.

after a few days with my 3/8 spacer i'm starting to feel the performance difference and i'm sure your new product will be worthwhile as well. Any word on ballpark pricing and performance increases? (hp? torque?, lower mid upper rpm ranges?)

thanks

Thumbs up

The first pre/post dyno to come in was performed a couple days ago on a 350Z in Australia. The 5/16" Motordyne Iso Thermal spacer...

13.4 HP @ 6300
and
21.8 HP @ 7100.

I don't want to say they will all produce this level of gain but that's what he measured under a controlled dyno. ...And he will redyno again to confirm the numbers.

He is also reporting that his plenum is running much cooler. Here's a small segment of what he wrote.

As you can tell, he's pretty happy with it.
It's almost ready for general release!!!

It won't add that to the gains you are already getting with the spacer. The gains are shown with the spacer and a thermal isolation manager to let your plenum run much cooler.

The Motordyne Iso Thermal plenum spacer and the Motordyne Iso Thermal kit are different packages. The Iso thermal kit is only for thermal management. The Iso Thermal plenum spacer is a plenum spacer kit with the thermal manager added.

Tony...just to confirm the new Motordyne Iso Thermal plenum spacer is not officially available (dont see it on your website).

I was just about to ask you about making these things out of phenolic material.... but I did a search first and found this...

I have used phenolic spacers in FI and NA applications and would love to see it on the G35.

very anxious.

Cool.

HI David,

You can purchase them now even though they are not listed on the web site. When you make the paypal payment, be sure to mention that you want the Motordyne Iso Thermal spacer and I'll put it in.

I will include the extra hardware at no extra cost to you. ...Anyone can purchase them at the current price until the website is updated to show the new Iso Thermal spacers and upgrades.

The website will be updated soon with a new look and with all the new products available.
