I just ordered a NISMO cold air for my g from a dealer and he told me that the NISMO cold air that he just recieved is actually the same exact intake as the AEM cold air for the g...the only difference is that the NISMO one has a "g35" sticker on it (and actually still has the AEM sticker too)? My question is to any of you that have the NISMO cold air, is it the same thing as the AEM or did he order the wrong one???

 

AEM makes the Nismo cold air intake. They are IDENTICAL except for the AEM logo and the color.

 

Has anyone here had any experience with the nismo cold air intake?

Impressions? good points? bad points?
I just want to know what kind of trouble i have gotten myself into, haha

i got the nismo, i heard it was similiar but shot i rather have it come from the nissan dealership rather than kragen, ya its stupid but i want the name nismo on it then aem

 

Easy to install, and sounds great. Don't think it's going to improve performance that much, if at all. Fun little mod to do. I'm happy with it.

 

for you guys that have gotten the NISMO already what did you pay for it???

 

is this the actual NISMO CAI for the g35 or is it another one, I've been told this one is an old one?
