Picture 2 - Noted a slight amount of interference (rubbing) between between the engine cover and the aux. air inlet housing. Don't think it will be a problem.

Picture 3 - Trimed to miss the radiator fan. May trim some more. Going slow, as it's hard to put it back!

If you're into Fabricating, You can Cut It Down Yourself...
By using an X-acto Knife & a DremeI Tool, I cut down my G35c Engine Cover. I think it shows off the Injen Intake a little better & resembles the 350Z Cover. Just not cut down as far but keeping the SIX humps on the top if the Cover Intact.

Your picture won't work. The "#" in the filename is a special symbol in URL syntax, and confuses the web browsers. When posting pictures, limit yourself to letters, numbers, "_" and "-" to be safe (no spaces, either).
