I'm aware of this, that's why I was inquiring if it was possible to gain 30 to 40 lb-ft of torque through N/A. It seems that I'm hearing that the 05 engine is kind of maxed out as it is. I think I'll end up leaving her stock...

I only had my car for about 3 months and I'm starting to read the same thing: The engine is pretty much fine-tuned as it is. I read about guys car stalling because of their Cold Air Intake (do a search, you'll see what I'm talking about). I've seen Exhaust do nothing and even reducing some torque. The list goes on. So, what I'm planning on doing is replacing my parts when they are worn out instead of replacing good parts [this includes brakes, exhaust (although I can't see how it can wear out), air filter (maybe a Z tube and K&N drop-ins), retro-fit the lights (when the bulbs burn out?), etc]. When I first got my car, I was in the same situation as you but now I've learn that it is good as it is. Don't feel bad that you can't upgrade it and see decent gains. This just means we bought a good car that is finely tuned. Happy Driving!

Ya, it really is a fun car as it is. I just miss the torque of my SS and wish the G had a little more ***** to it. I had the SS 330 rwtrq and it was a blast...

Well, just save your money. I've seen some new things already out there that will put insane HP AND Torque to our cars. Yes, it is going to cost a pretty penny but will do things I can't even think about.

Here's one example:

I heard if you add this AND a twin turbo, you can get up to 1000 HP?! Insane eh?

It's kind of hard to explain but, it works. If you understand motorcycles and why a lot of sportbike riders change the rear sprocket to a larger one...then you'd see why changing the ratio works.
