2 - the rev's on my car at 80 are 3400 - that's 1-2 MPG's on average.
3 - for MT's, it's only a 10% difference form your 3.5 gears - for AT's its 20% from the 3.35's.
4 - No ECU flash needed - doesn't affect the ECU programming at all - though you will loose your Cruise Control.
If you really want to psend your money right - it's the first place to start. The other mods - intake, etc. - are not worth much other than increase in car noise and a few HP - by the time you exhaust and the rest - without gears - you can count on about 20-30 HP for about $2,000 - THAT's ABOUT .2 in a 1/4 mile - gears costs the same and will give you about a .5 in the 1/4 for the MT - AT's get about a full sec....tell me it isn't worth it...
Other than FI - you can't bet better power realization than gears - and they wont even give you HP... how's that!

The Crawford Plenum will give you a solid 35rwhp, if you get the Crawford ear rings posts matched to your pistons. You'll mess up your back pressure by adding the ear rings, so you'll want to put in a restrictor plate in your x-pipe to utilize all of your car's untapped potential. They also sell a bracelet gear that you can wear like a flavor-flav clock should you want another 5rwhp.
