holy ****, i just made an appointment at cm infiniti for an oil change and they told me they would call me back and never did. It's that fat service lady. I better change it to tustin then.

 

I had the Aero Kit installed at Costa Mesa Infiniti and now there's this noise that sounds like a "RAIN STICK" when I open the trunk. I took it back and showed it to them last week and they said that their spoiler installer wasn't there and they'll call me back when he's working... I never got called back. I also fixed the "rain stick" noise by myself, it turned out to be spiralled metal pieces from the drilled holes that were stuck between the hard carpet and the metal part underneath the trunk lid that Costa Mesa Infiniti was too lazy to clean out.

 

When CM Infiniti installed my spoiler, they did the same to me. I still find small metal shavings in my trunk from time to time.

Also called them to have my wheel replaced on the Wheel and tire Warranty I paid for. First time I called, they told me the person i need to talk to wasn't there. Second time I called, they asked me to leave my name and number, and of course, they NEVER called me back.
