Oil leak over exhaust?

So I finally figured out what the burning smell has been every since I bought the car 6 months ago. It's an oil leak over the exhaust. I noticed some oil stains on my driveway last week. When I looked under the car I saw oil dripping from the exhaust. I'm scheduled to take it to the dealer tomorrow.
I drive an 05 6mt sedan by the way. Anyone else experience this?

I have had oil leak problems for the past two years. First they said it was a drivers side valve cover leak, replaced the gasket once, the whole cover twice. I went to a different dealer and they decided it was the front timing chain cover, replaced that. It is now leaking again. I am looking for a good, independent mechanic. I am driving a G35C, 2003 with about 30K. Oil leaks started around 18K.

Wow. I hope that's not a glimpse at my future.

Holy SHYT! I took my car to the dealer yesterday. They said the leak was from the Puralator oil filter I put on. They charged $20 bucks to put a factory one on. The only reason I agreed to it was so that they couldn't use that as an excuse next time I bring the car in. This morning I decided to look under the car and still found oil dripping from the exhaust. It's the FRICKIN' DRIVESHAFT! How did the dealer miss this?! Everything in and under the engine bay is spotless until you reach the driveshaft where things are quite messy. It is leaking where the shaft meets up with the tranny. So, needless to say, I'm bringing it back Friday, because that's when they'll have a loaner available.
