Natural Aspiration mods
I have tried to searched the forum for NA mods but since the term Natural Aspiration is always abbreviated as NA, the search engine isn't too useful.
I've been thinking of NA mods recently(damn mod bug) and would like to know what mods are the best for NA.
Please list them with the reliability(voiding warranty / possibility of causing problems) and gains.

1. Motordyne Engineering MREV - most respectable NA gains, best bang for the buck, easy install, 100% reliable.
2. Z-tube - gains are negligable, but it greatly improves the induction noise, especially at WOT
3. Air Intake - something to replace the stock intake. There are endless debates about which ones are better, search it. I have the K&N filter, and love it. I just purchased an Amsoil filter to change things up a bit. If you want my K&N its your for $40 (has 200 miles on it)
4. Headers - I have some sitting in the garage but have not installed yet. Supposedly should give respectable gains (search for numbers). Costly mod though, and extremely costly install
5. High Flow Cats - also sitting in my garage waiting for install. These will help amplify all the above breathing mods. About $500, with 1-2 hour install.
This should get ya started, good luck and happy modding.

"My picks for basic NA bolt-ons without going internal:
Intakes: Stillen, Gruppe-M, ARC for high end power or Cold Air units for mid-range power. Stay away from short ram intakes that are not enclosed.
Headers: Crawfords if you want to extract max power. Strup, DC, etc if you want cheap hp and only looking for bang for buck.
Cats: Crawford High flow cats or Test pipes
Engine Management: Technosquare reflash, Utec for those in high altitude, or Full standalone Motec for full tuning
Throttle Body: 350evo, proflow, crawford
Plenum Mods: Motordyne 5/16" spacer with Iso thermal system for 287 HP motor and MREV mod for Revup motor, or Crawford Cast plenum
Exhaust: JIC single exit ti for max weight savings, Power Amuse Ti
Gears: 350evo 3.917, Central 20 3.917
LSD: Nismo, Quaife, Kaaz, etc
Underdrive: UR Crank Pulley
Cooling: Koyo Radiator, Motordyne Coolant Control Valve or Motordyne Copper thing."

I'm abit confused with these, I did a search and yes there are alot of reviews but none of them really helped clearing the terms up.
So, Test pipes , Y pipes and high flow cats go in the same place? Whats the difference between them?
Also, I've read that with a true dual exhaust, you won't need the cats/pipes? Whats the difference between the true dual exhaust and the normal ones?

OK, Test pipes replace the Cats"catalytic converter" High flow cats replace stock cats, test and high flow are 2 seperate parts that can not be combined. The "Y" pipe is right after the cats and what it does is takes the exhaust gases from the cats and puts that to a single pipe that runs to the muffler. There are other alternatives to that as weel, such as "h" pipes and true dual exhausts.

I'm planning to do:
MD 3/8" spacer(have been sitting in my garage for quite some time...)
MD Iso Thermal upgrade
K&N Filter
Z-tube(maybe)
Strup headers
Test pipes
Y-pipe + exhuast or dual exhaust
UTEC & tuning
I think that covers just about everything and will give me the most power for NA setup without touching the engine.
