I just installed the sound system to my 05G and now I have the service engine light on....It's not the gas cap...Is it bz the battery was disconnected for over 12 hrs...Thanks in advance

 

I had this problem, not sure if it is the same as yours. Did you run a power wire from the battery? There is what appears like a white tube to me, I tightened the tube a bit by pushing it together by hand and it seemed to work afterwards.

i ran the bat cable just on the 350zs, remove the battery side trim pieces, and go throgh the big fat grommit on the passenger side firewall down through the kick panel...

let me know what the white tube you are referring is.
