I have a black sedan and I actually like the hood on the sedans. So it is not bad news for me but I seem to be the outcast.

Hey, don't listen to knuckleheads like me. If you like it and it works.....go for it!

Personally, if it makes your car alot faster, who cares about a little bump in the hood.

I don't take any offense to people's opinions, that is why they are opinions. I have done a lot of research on different forums on this setup and there are a lot of people who hate that hood. I really like it on the G. The 1st gen hood on the 350Z did not look as good because the cowl had to be higher.

Anyway I will post some pics when it is done and see what people think.

I agree, the first time I get on it and have all that torque at 2,000rpm I won't care what my care looks like!!!

Thanks. The oil cooler is not "needed" but I am always trying to be as safe as possible plus I live in Phoenix so it gets very hot here in the summer. It is the new one that Stillen just came out with so I could not find it anywhere but from them and they said they could not give me a discount. I got a good deal on the S/C but the oil cooler was $392 shipped (so I guess I got free shipping).

Are you doing the install yourself?

Yea, I am about 25% done right now. The main drive belt is a pain in the A**!!! Other than that I have not had any major problems yet.

Congrats! I was able to get a ride in their supercharged 350z; and it was awesome. Tons of torque when throttle was applied at pretty much any rpm. Let us know how it turns out.

Good morning everyone. The install is about 60% done now. The blower is on and I have two more steps before I start the IC and oil cooler. So far the worst thing was the main belt that took me over 2 hours to get on because my belt tensioner would not go all the way loose for some reason. I think the threads were dirty or something.

The other pain was setting the blower on by myself after working for like 8 hours staright on it. It is not easy not to mess up the gasket goo. This whole install would be much easier with a helper.

I think (hope) I got the o-rings on the fuel rail. I assume you are talking about the small ones that were there before and not the ones that came with the kit since they were very tight to get in and I did pinch one the first time I tried to put it in.

OK, time to have some breakfast and the get back to work.

Good luck!, and good work so far! I am still debating whether or not to do the JWT TT myself when they finally release it. Everything on my car so far has been self done, but none of it was particulary difficult, so I don't know...
