MREV & Motordyne Plenum Spacers

This is a noob question but what is the difference I can't figure it out. Are they the same thing just ones better than the other or can you combine the two and get a large hp & tq gain? (27hp?)

The MREV kit includes a spacer and is needed to keep the HP up at high RPM.
