Is this when the engine is cold or after drving and trying to restart after a short while?

Great. Try doing this since it sounds that it is a fuel issue, it maybe draining back into the tank or the cold start program is not giving enough fuel. So try turning the ignition on all the way for a couple of seconds before cranking the starter up. This will make the fuel pump start before you apply spark. Let us know. Remember what we have is a returnless fuel system.

Hey Merlin
I was looking over these old post,and saw that you had addressed a fuel problem for someone else.My car was not run for a couple of weeks,and when i tried to start it it would not start,it had been running fine upuntil the point of sitting for so long.Wondered if you had any ideas.I would appreciate your help.
