Possible issue starting
Hello all,
Once in a while..like..once every few days...the car doesn't start as nicely and quietly as normal. Instead, I need to turn the key..and hold it for a sec..as if forcing the car to start.. OR turn key, then turn it off..then turn again and it starts normally....
anyone know why this may be?

Great. Try doing this since it sounds that it is a fuel issue, it maybe draining back into the tank or the cold start program is not giving enough fuel. So try turning the ignition on all the way for a couple of seconds before cranking the starter up. This will make the fuel pump start before you apply spark. Let us know. Remember what we have is a returnless fuel system.

I was looking over these old post,and saw that you had addressed a fuel problem for someone else.My car was not run for a couple of weeks,and when i tried to start it it would not start,it had been running fine upuntil the point of sitting for so long.Wondered if you had any ideas.I would appreciate your help.
