Stock single-exit muffler (03-05 G35x - Northeast)

Basically what the title says. Looking for a factory muffler for an 04 35x somewhere between Mass and Philly. Single exit dual tip. Flange / hangers should still be attached. Willing to ship from other areas but pickup preferred. Thanks.
