Im sure that it does listed bnib. That is one of the key features in the install manual to prevent hydrolock. But i'm not the seller so idk. Lol

Yeah it has the bypass. If you google the Nismo R-Tune Intake and look at it from any respectable shop, it includes everything BNIB. Nothing has been removed from this kit and everything was included when i received it.

 

I might be interested if i dont the stillen intake
