pop charger have the heat shield and all necessary parts? would you consider splitting from the Z tube?

Forgot to mention, that I ended up buying this package from the OP. But I'm just waiting for him to eventually log back in because he failed to include the Popcharger. I do have the Spacer and Z-Tube.
