Turbonetics ST kit

I have a used Turbonetic single turbo 12000km which I got from a local here and also a former member on this site. I bought it and its been collecting dust. This car will be sold after the winter season so no need for me to put it in now and then un install after.
There is a bit of shaft play on the turbo so the price will reflect rebuild cost or even a new garrett 60-1 which runs for around 700 in the states, this setup is currently for 5AT with cat delete application but I can get the crossover pipe for a 6MT if needed. G35BAW a member on here has a 6MT that he would swap:

The kit includes
-Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate
-Turbonetics Raptor Blow Off Valve
-Walbro 255 fuel pump modified with oem fuel hanger assembly-ready for plug and play
-Autometer boost, egt gauge and aem A/F wibeband and A piller
-Front mount intercooler with fans and FCM and intercooler piping (some normal ware and tare on pipe coating and a slight dent in the bottom of intercooler, does nothing to effect the performance)
-Intake piping thermal sleeve
-turbo blanket
-Turbo Oil feed line
-Most hot side piping already wrapped
-Greddy old school trubo timer
-APS external oil pan-no drilling into block
-Set of injectors denso 600cc
-K&N turbo intake cone
-All v-band clamp (5) and silicon coupler and clamp are included i also have all bolts and gaskets in a box so you might have to dig around. Its recommended to get new gaskets anyways and I contacted treadstoneperformance, they sells all the hardware and gaskets for $125

kit does not include ac relocation kit, uprev tuner cable and cobra head

price drop $1750 + PP fees + shipping unless your local to alberta canada

ya i would also like to know since i havent heard anything about that.
I know the difference between setups are just the crossover pipes and injectors. i know that the 5AT came with 440cc injectors and this kit has the 600 cc denso.

there are differences from G35/350z kits. The intake piping requires a different pipe and a few couplers. The G35 requires the cobra head to fit off the front of the turbo housing. The only difference in exhaust piping is the cross over for 5AT to 6MT. Other than that the kits themselves are the same.

some of the items required for 5AT g35 kit from the 6MT 350z kit I had.

pictured above the AC line is different...the shiny black pipe is used for vaccuum. I bought the vacuum block because it made life easier to tie in all the vacuum lines. Other piece is the cobra head needed off front of the turbo housing. Then the big silver pipe is the 5AT Cross over.

thanks for the clarification, just wondering about the small intake pipe you have? where is that located? i was double checking the install PDF from turbonetics and i didnt see that pipe in the parts list? Yes i understand that the cobra head is missing, it will be needed for the install onto a g35 application.

Have you heard anything about piping interfering with the steering rack on the 06 when theses kits are being installed?

You will need to shim the motor mounts, route the AC line a bit differently and purchase engine tuning software for an additional $595. There is no pre-tuned MAP included with the kit in that configuration.

Thats what he told me

not sure why you needed to trim/shim the motor mounts..mine fit without a problem even with alot of heat wrap on the exhaust piping. The little pipe is connected to the Cobra head off the front of the turbo housing..thats where you tie in your vacuum hose that usually sits on the OEM G tube..you run it all the way down to the front and tie into there.

look at page 35ish figure 94. shows where that pipe goes. Looks like in your pic yours was a full built pipe off the front with the filter attached that has the AN Fitting on it tapped. in Pic 2

http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...install-69.pdf

if you see in my video my filter is higher to prevent water from being sucked up.

Ya the ac line need to be relocated like stated above, treadstone sells the kit for 170. I'm not sure about the motor mounts. As for the tune. They have switched the kit completely in regards to the tune. They all come with the uprev cable now instead of the utec turboxs where you would have to send out your ecu to the company to get a tune. I'm not sure if they do send you a base map or if your tuner starts from scratch according to the treadstone site they state that uprev tuning is given but with an upgrade to the price.

with the UPREV Setup now you still have to pay for the license itself which is why the upgrade is there on the price along with the cable.
