I disagree. A more powerful spark "might" make for a more complete burn IF the spark wasn't sufficent to begin with. But efficent spark is one of the main advantages of a coil on plug ignition set up. Gone are the days when a single coil had to saturate 8 times on a high reving V8. Now a smaller coil now only has to saturate once every 1 crank stokes. Coil on plug ignitions are very unstressed now days.

So if I'm reading this right, this Sun product is completely different from the HKS Twin Power ignition amplifier right?

It works, but a lot of these ignition systems are actually bad on the engine. The coils are made to handle so many volts. Once you go past that limit it will damage them. Factory specs are pretty damn close to the coils max volts. I would recommend going with all new coils. All though it is more expensive it will give you more power for sure.

Found these on the web at prices starting $380 all the way to $255 with free shipping.

It appears that you must also purchase the wiring harness for your specific vehicle.

For the G, that's another $116.00

From MyNISMO.com:

EXP0002B INFINITI G35 2003-2006 $269.10
EXP20901 INFINITI G35 2003-2006 ; Required with Hyper Force System $116.10

Here is the only sales lit I could find:

I couldn't find any independent testing of this product.
