I've got this on my G, so I guess I'll help out. The kit should include the blue unit itself along with a mounting bracket. Be sure to also get the wiring harness as well. Most places will offer it like Injected has. Mounting the kit is pretty easy and pre-determined. Getting the harness attached to the coil packs is a bit difficult but not out of reason. Just takes some patience and 'fiddling'. Pretty easy install, straight forward, and about 1-2 hrs total time.
As far as gains, I feel that this is compareable to an intake/exhaust mod. I have noticed better/smoother engine response. It really pulls up top past 4000. Even my dad felt it after taking it for a spin. I've got maybe a little over 1000 miles with it on, and the gain is still present. It also adds some JDM bling to the bay as well so win-win for me. I'd buy it again...
