**** TOMEI PARTS NOW AVAILABLE **** (Cams, Cam Gear, Pistons etc ...)

Tomei is one of the oldest name in racing product development in Japan. They specialized in SR20DET, RB25, RB26DETT, VQ35, 4G63, EJ25 and 4AG engines. Tomei products range from exhaust components to hard core engine parts like crankshaft, cams, valves, pistons, rods, bearings to complete built racing engine. Tomei products has been tested in racing applications such as circuit racing, drag racing and high endurance track racing. RavSpec are proud to carry and distribute Tomei products to our customers !

Tomei Pro Cam - $599 Per Side

Tomei have been developing and producing original camshaft for 35 years. Still today, many racing teams are using Tomei's high performance camshaft. Generally, engine tuning is to modify the torque characteristic of engine by changing cam duration timing and height of the cam lift, so as to gaining maximum torque and horse power. However, when tuning the engine strictly, it should be carried out with the idea of securing effective area of the valve not only by duration timing and height of the cam lift, but also by through improvement of its intake efficiency. High valve lift allows huge amount of air to flow in, yet it mechanically damages the system and gains friction loss on the other hand. Also, wide cam duration will deriver big power at high RPM, but it gives rough engine character at low RPM too. We worked on to get an ideal well-balanced profile of camshaft and succeeded to give it 1.3 to 1.5 times more effective area than regular camshaft. Coating the surface of camshaft with manganese phosphate in order to protect from damage even when the camshaft has not lubricated yet. This has done by steeping press process that produces 0.5mm to 15 micromillimeter thin of manganese phosphate coating on its surface to prevent from direct contact with other metal parts while realizing smooth operation.

It's up to you, but the 264's will bring your power curve down and should be able to put down the same power at lower boost and be able to keep idle close to oem.

Thank You.
