Underdrive Pulleys:
UR pulleys add close to 12HP on all Models. Horsepower increases are very noticeable due to the fact that UR pulleys primarily gain low-end torque. The main purpose of the underdrive pulley is to lose as much weight off the crank pulley, and turn that extra lost weight into HP Gains.
Stock Sized Pulleys:
The main purpose of the stock sized pulley is to lose as much weight off the crank pulley, and turn that extra lost weight into HP Gains. These do not underdrive the accessories, and work great with superchargers or competition stereos.

No sir, they do not. We have used these on the Nissan 300ZX TT for almost 15 years now, 150,000 miles later and still running strong Originally Posted by JSNM

Is the UR Crank pulley steel sleeved? I have read that if the crank pulley does not have a steel sleeve then the oil seal will wear and leak oil... is this correct?

I think you are mistaking UR pulleys w/ Cheap Chinese Pulleys. We have been running these pulleys on our 300ZXs for over 12 years, no leaks. We still have not seen any cases w/ the VQ35DE Engines.Originally Posted by G35CDriver

OK got it... Now does the underdive pulley rob the accessories of their needed power? Don't really know what pulley set to go with...

For power get Underdrive, I have one on my 350Z, and we need our A/C here in Phoenix AZ. Gets up to 115-120 in the summertime. My A/C blows the same w/ the Stock Pulley, as it does w/ the Unorthodox Racing Underdrive pulley. The only issue we've noticed is for guys running show car audio systems, but a capacitor is a easy fix for that.Originally Posted by G35CDriver
