Texas Region Championship Series Event #5
This exciting auto rally will begin at the
North Texas Automotive Museum,
677 W. Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75080
Registration open at 9 a.m. on the 5th • First car out at 10 a.m.
Each entry requires: Licensed driver with proof of auto insurance • A navigator • A clipboard or other hard writing surface • Pen or pencil • Recommended: magnifying glass
No previous rally experience required!
The event will be something unusual in RoadRally for the DFW area ... a map rally based on the British fave "Plot and Bash." Entrants will be given a genuine Mapsco map and a set of rules. Using these rules, they will determine the proper route on the map, and then drive that route. They will note certain landmarks along the route to let us know that they went the correct way.
The entrant's experience determines the class declared (First Timer, Novice, General or Master). Minor children (under 18) must have a signed SCCA release from both parents.
Entry fee: $20 for SCCA members, $30 for non-members
($5 late fee at event if not pre-registered)

Any one ever done one of these? Looks like fun so the plan is to not know where your going until they give you a map and a place to go so about how long do these go on for? Maybe I could talk the wife into doing one these I bet we would have a good time.
I see some jail time in the near future, for going 150 mph on a 60...How do they keep this from degenerating into a lawless cannonball run? Kinda like certain DNE cruises that may or may not have ever taken place
