You may want to clean that and takes more pics, that thing looks beat up and it looks bent.

the Bend is from the poly not being retained to a def shape, a day in the sun an it would be back to normal.
I guess a spray off wouldnt hurt

I would have to say the price is a little on the high side for a used bumper in that condition. It would probably help if you were the one to "put it in the sun" before taking pictures of it.
