what brand r these? i do body/paint work but im not sure u can do anything besides fix them and paint them.. cf looks messed up too..

 

got off ebay,,,,no real brand....my body guy said they are pretty bad...but the carbon fiber is ok,,,,its all the gel coat that is flaking off them.
