The v2 means you can't attach the under tray right?

correct shane thats only the v3 that fits the undertray, people make extensions for aftermarket undertrays to fit the v2 though

This bumper was bought from a friend of mine and he got it from czp I believe.

The bumper is already off of my car but I've never had any issues with the tray and the bumper. If you want pictures I can post some pics of my friends g with this bumper.
