HIN Regulations

Dear HIN Competitor,

On behalf of Hot Import Nights, we would like to welcome you to HIN Orlando!

The content below contains crucial information regarding your roll-in and set-up.

Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Friday July 7th, 2006. Look for signs that will
direct you to the staging area. While in line you will be classified. After classification you will be given a
modification sheet, two wristbands (event passes), and regulations for the event. The classification sheet will
be used by the judges when they mark their score sheets as well as spot your vehicle in the show. Your
classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times during move-in and
show hours.

NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN!!!

***If show vehicles arrive on Saturday a $20 PENALTY fee will be applied and due on-site, CASH ONLY!!! Between the
hours of 1-2pm

Regulations

• Placement will be given on a first come first serve basis. What this means is that you
should get to the venue early. If a member of your crew arrives late, does not caravan
with you, and is not in line with you at the time of roll-in, they may not be placed with
you (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• The vehicle must be clean and free of body damage. Project cars and prototypes must
be in a completed state.
• NO support vehicles are allowed inside the venue, you must walk/carry your equipment
inside the venue.
• When you check-in you will be given two wristbands, one for yourself and one for
whoever is going to bring you back the next day.
• FUEL REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT is between 1/4 tank to empty. You will not
be allowed inside the venue if you have more then 1/4 tank of gas.
• Cars will be REQUIRED to disconnect batteries once parked on the show floor. The
show will not start until all batteries have been disconnected.
• Tear-Down – Once all spectators have exited the building, roll-out can commence.

- Saturday, July 7th- 2:00PM Allowed to re-enter venue for final preparations.
- Saturday, July 7th- 3:00PM Judging Starts
- Saturday, July 7th- 5:00PM – Midnight (show hours).

it says no COMPANY banners....club banners might be ok, but probably not worth the risk

I guess I can't leave cards with members for their cars then.

Are any of you guys that are showing your car going to have an extra wristband that you won't use? My brother is using my second wristband but his girlfriend wants to go too. She'lll likely detail your car if you give her your pass.
