Brabus introduced its tuning kit for the new Mercedes CL-Class this morning, and as per usual the horsepower figures are suitably unreasonable. The top-line kit will get Brabus's "AMG who?" package, which adds twin turbos to and boosts displacement of the 5.5-liter V12 to 6.3 liters (an inside joke the AMG boys surely get), sending horsepower into the 730 hp range. Torque? How does 974 ft.-lbs at 2,100 rpm grab you (yeah, like Godzilla grabbing a powerline), though it's electronically limited lest it tear itself to pieces.
