Great Service at Coconut Creek Infiniti!!!

I took my sedan down to Coconut Creek Infiniti for some service. I wanted to get the axle clicking and my rear window regulator bolt problems fixed. They were awesome. They even did some fix dealing with the fuel system, too. I hadn't even heard of that problem. They also got me a loaner car even though I didn't make prior arrangements.

anyway, if you go there. Ask to work with "J.B." he is the service writer, and tell JB that you want Bill Kiehler to do the wrenching. These guys are both race enthusiasts (as are many of the service guys at this dealership.)

After I picked my car up, I followed a couple of the techs over to someones house where they were finishing wrenching on their 8 seconds cars (early 80s camaro and a Lincoln Mark 7). These are awesome cars. The camaro runs a nitrous injected BBC; the lincoln runs a nitrous injected, a 388" stroker SBF. These guys were getting ready to pack it up and head to Memphis for one of the NMCA races!!!

I think the "fuel system" QuadCam mentioned was in relation to the fuel filler hose recall on the 03-05 G35's. When I took my car in to the dealer here in Orlando for its 1st round of warranty fixes, they automatically took care of the fuel filler hose recall issue since the computer showed that my car never had the service done before (I purchased my G35 a couple months ago from a private seller).

At any rate, good to hear nice things about the Coconut Creek dealer. I'm beginning to have excellent experience with Infiniti service after having owned a Lexus for 6+ years and putting up with Lexus service and their politics.

no, it was something to do with a "fuel damper." it is a part under the hood.

Did they comment on your turbo?

lexusk8, I hope you have a better experience with Infiniti dealers, but it may not be at OI. I have gotten good service from Julio there, but many others have not been happy with Orlando Infiniti.

they thought it was pretty cool. CCI is a stillen dealer. When I was picking my car up, a G coupe was delivered (towed in??) with a vortech.

they really liked my custom boost gauge that molded into the driver's defroster vent. They asked if I could manufacture the pods for their dealership.

Hmmm, well it looks like my folks and I will be making the long trek tomorrow from Orlando to the following cities: West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach and Pompano Beach. The purpose of this trip is to look for a "new" car for my father (he's looking at the 04-05 745Li, 05-06 LS430, and 05-06 S-class). We'll be visiting a variety of dealerships at those cities. I understand that Coconut Creek is not far from Pompano, so I guess we'll check out the Infiniti dealership if we have time (should be right across from JM Lexus as I remember).
