Vet's like to rape people apparently, if the dog had survived long enough to get into surgery it would have cost us just over 7 grand. I'm not a big fan of pet's or anything but both my sisters were going hysterical, while my mom was like 7 grand? throw it in the trash.. =X Neighbor is determined not to pay anything....
