So I should take the estimate and photos to Lokey and ask them what they think? The lady that hit me has Geico as well so your story is encouraging. I don't believe it is a scam either. If I try to sell the car later on I will definetly get less now that it has a wreck documented on the VIN.

I called the dealership body shop and they told me that the insurance company handles all loss of value matters. The guy was an as$ about it too.
