Prepaid Legal Services

I'm looking into this. Has anyone had any experience with their services? What's their success rate in handling traffic cases?

I was gonna join but changed my mind. Its just like every other thing out there. Its a pyramid scam. But I heard some people are making okay money from it. So, I guess if you work hard enough. You can make some good money.

I've had a couple people try to sell me into it. Not worth it, imo.

I know a few people who made decent money selling it, but none that ever used it. I use a ticket lawyer when I need it at $75 per case/ticket, and thats only once or so a year.

I use them all the time. Out of all tickets I got (and I had lots of them) I got only 1 that was found committed.
For example. Going 96 in the rental car getting caught by a cop with a radar=dismissed (officer did not specify which vehicle he saw going fast, he just wrote "I saw a vehicle approaching.......blah blah blah"
Second one (bout a month ago) 115 in 60=Dismissed.
My wife's ticket (last week) driving alone in the carpool lane=Dismissed

In my area if you want to hire a good lawyer to go to court for you it will cost you somewhere around $350, with all the tickets I had I would pay more then 3k for lawyer fees. With Pre-Paid it's always $21 monthly. And if there is a case in which they cannot help you, then they give you lawyers that in their network and you get discount price. Which is nice too.

So my experience with them was and still is GREAT. Got one more court date coming up next month.......42 in 25..........Wish me luck.

Yeah, someone mentioned it in the forum a few months back. They said they're pretty good handling traffic cases. I just wasn't sure who the lawyers or firms would be, in JAX, for example, or how good they are. But, yeah, it comes to about $30 a month. They also handle wills, insurance claims, and other minor cases.

I decided to work at a law firm so I could get free legal advice all the time.
