Thanks everyone, we have a bunch of interest in the Condo....

The new house is nice but is a fixer uper and needs a lot of TLC but it is in a GREAT location. We close on the 14th so i hope nothing goes wrong. We already ran into a few snags when with the inspection but nothing that cant be fixed easily. We plan on adding on extending the back wall and adding a second floor to get more sqr footage and building a new entry way but this wont happen for a while. Im trying to get a 3 to 4 car garage out of this i think it is def. a possibility. heheheheheh. I guess i need to buy a Z and a Supra. LOL jK.

Awwww I misss Mitch. My appartment is infested with cohala bears. It's the cutiest infestation ever. Much better than cockroaches. When I turn on the lights a bunch of cohala bears scatter. I just want to say hold up. Let me hold you and pet you. I just want to hold one and fead it a leaf.
