Yeah bought a house........its a fixer uper but well worth the money and on top of that the guy selling wants to close in 15 days so Im in a little bit of a crunch. I cant sell it for certain tax purposes I have to rent for at least one year.

lol well whatever it is i dont remember fully from tax class cause i hate it. but when you buy it and hold it for 2 yrs while married you get a bigger deduction then if you were single or something like that. i hate tax which is why i have you do mine.
