Angry Body shop problems

Some of you might remember my post from about a month ago when my car was T-boned on the passenger side. Well I went to pick up my car today from the body shop and there were problems.

The passenger side seat had a two cuts through the leather, about an inch each.
The drivers side seat was very dirty. The leather is a light tan and the seat had a brown tint to it.
Lastly the passenger side headlight was scratched pretty bad. It looked like someone sanded it with a course grain sandpaper.
The body shop said they would buff the headlight and clean the drivers seat. As for the cuts in the passenger seat they are having the insurance adjuster come back out Monday. They said the cuts could have been caused by the accident.

I know the accident didn't cause the cuts in the seat, the door didn't get pushed in that far. That is probably what Geico is going to say and the body shop will say they didn't do it. Very frustrating.

Wow that sucks. Sounds like a $hitty body shop. I was mad when mine put a small mark in my tint.

And I didn't even mention the gap between the side skirt and the area where the "Infiniti" kick plate is. Their excuse for that one was "it's palstic and we can't shape it" The paint by the rear tail light that looks like it dripped down until it came to rest and dried was another issue I didn't have a chance to bring up as I was already in a rush to get to work. Just a poor job all around. I'm calling my insurance agency, who owns the shop, later tonight and let them know what is going on.

Never heard of Fernan. Mine was done at Sterling on Busch Blvd. They still have it, it's been 32 days now. I might get it back tomorrow. They have decided to fix the cuts in the seat after my insurance company sent a claims adjuster out there. I guess it helped that my insurance company, Allstate, owns Sterling. I also sent an email to Sterling headquarters. It was passed on to the GM of the shop and his attitude changed for the better about two days after the email was sent. The system worked out for me this time.
