I would definately warn the service advisor at OI or Peter that you are unhappy and will put bad marks on there survey unless they wise up and do they're job right.
I already sent their survey back...do you think putting all "zeros" on their questions will be bad enough??!!

***FINAL UPDATE*****

I went into OI today to get my keyless remote programmed, and the SA brought me in to the General Managers(Peter Wilson) office. He wanted to introduce himself, and to address my concerns. I got the impression he was a little miffed I gave the dealership a bunch of "zeros" on the last customer service survey. I informed him that my intention was to get their attention, and apparently it worked. I also gather it affects them monetarily when they get a crappy survey. Message received!

I also told him there was still an open issue with my paint problem, which the Service Manager STILL had not called me about! He went out to the car with me and took a look at what I was concerned with.

Bottom line....if OI had taken care of my concerns on the first vist, the crappy survey would NOT have been necessary! I would suggest anyone who has issues with OI in the future, make sure you contact Mr. Wilson with your concerns..he does seem to want to listen!
