i loved the coupe 18's on my car, the aggressive offsets really change the look of it.

If the tires don't rub... you don't need to roll the fenders.

Fill your car up with people and drive around a few corners and over a few bumps... see if it rubs... If it doesn't rub... and if you like the look... I'd say you're done.

Looks good to me, but I like the aggressive look...

That looks fine to me. The big reason is that the coupe wheels are lower offset so they stick out a bit more.

If it bothers you that much get some 235's.

PS that looks high for Z springs. Did you get coupe springs? The coupe will give you 0.5", the Z will be 1".
