If you can find the tires you want. This place has better deals than tirerack becuase they offer free shipping. Ive bought 16 tires from Discount Tires Direct.

Thanks everyone for your help. I have a new question related to 19" tires. On a 19x8 rim what size would you suggest for the front and rear? Right now on my 18's I am running 225F 245R. I was told that I should be looking at 245F and 275R is that the case?

19x8 is the same size as the stock wheels so i would stick with the same size tire that comes on the stock 19s. sherman has both front and rears for sale for cheap in toyo t1r-s.

If you buy 19's your rear rim should be wider than the front. Even the OEM 19's are 19x8+30 and 19x8.5 +33.

Ok, so let me see if you guys think this will work. I am looking at 19x8 with 35offset in the front and 19x9 with 30 or 40 offset in the rear. This is all new to me coming from a Civic where it didnt matter what rim I got LOL. Since this is a big purchase I want to make sure I get the look I want. Of course staggered hence x8 in front and x9 in back. Will this work?

Those are more like offsets for a sedan.

I think Gilley might have hit it.

Do you have a Coupe or a Sedan?

I think the advice most of us will give you is to sell the tires you have and buy the wheels you really want with tires that fit them the best and look like you want. You might have to wait a bit and save up some.

Wheel/tire selection on a G35 is not hard, but it is not trivial. The link Gilley posted is very useful. It might look a bit complicated at first, but play around with it... You'll get the gist of it.
