New Engine

Atlantic Infiniti finally got a new engine to replace my oil-consuming one - up to 2 qts per 1K miles. Will drop off my car next Saturday and pick up a loaner and they'll keep mine for a week. So, I guess I won't make it to "2007 Run".
Service writers, Roger and Mike, have been very helpful. Hehehe, haven't seen Darryl the last 2 times I've been there, stroke of luck, I guess.
My only gripe...they won't install an after-market clutch kit if I get one, only OEM. Sucks since I know if it was Lokey, there won't be any problems.

Bring the loaner to The Run. No worries about the extra miles.

Don't forget the Friday night get-together at Quaker Steak & Lube... You get 10% off with a receipt for The Run...

JB, not sure I'll be able to make the run, but what time is the get-together at Quaker Steak? We might be able to meet up with everyone there, depending on when it is...

Take the loaner to the Run. I have taken loaners on trips before.

It's not an official meet of any kind, it's very casual... People usually start stopping by around 8pm or so... and stay until... ??? I'm sure some/lots of the people close down the place...

QS&L usually reserves a room for everyone attending The Run...

If only I could.... but since I bought the car from them and they did the OC tests, they'll have to do the warranty work. Unfortunately, they do not support aftermarket installs. Plus, S Motors a bit too far from Jax.
