Passenger Seat Issue.....HELP????

I noticed when i got my car back that the passenger seat motor will not go back, only forwards, now the battery was completely dead and blew the fuse for my stereo and a/c control. is there a fuse that would effect this?

Any help you can offer would be great! Thanks guys!
