Fenderwells dressed with Poorboys BnB

Engine

Meguairs APC
CD-2 Engine Detailer

Interior

Mr.Clean Magic Eraser
Surfcity Garage Dash Away
Oil Eater Degreaser on Mats
Zaino Z10 on all surfaces

Before and During

Half and half of the leather. Guess which side was cleaned.

Lots of contaminants

Nasty Doorjams.

Me polishing the hood.

Hard to notice because of the washout lighting, but you can definately see the before and after of these panels.

Process

Exterior

Wash w/ Meguairs Detailer Line Super Soap
Clay w/ Claymagic Blue
Menzerna PO106ff via white polishing pad @ 1500 rpms
Seal with FK1 #2180
Tires dressed with Armor-all Tire Gel
Fenderwells dressed with Adams Undercarriage Spray

BTW, you'll notice that the right side fenderwells have white splatter. That is actually dried cement, of which I had nothing to remove it with or clue as to where to look. They have a lot of construction going on in their neighborhood.

Interior

All interior surfaces were cleaned with Surfcity Garage Dash Away. I also used this product to remove some spot staining on the carpet.

Leather and all vinyl surfaces were dressed with Zaino Z10 Leather in a Bottle.

Before and During

Thats my girlfriend cleaning up the interior. I ask her to come by sometimes and help me so I can speed things up.

After

Next up is the G35... Gimme a sec while I write up the post..

Nice job. Is that your Collinite or did the owner of the 335i bring it by? What are your comments on it compared to Zaino as I see you've used zaino quite a bit....Thanks in Advance

Its mine. I have bought soo many boutique products and flavor of the month type deals throughout the years that I have literally spent a good 2k in excess supplies. Now, I have stayed with what works and keep on pushing it.

Collinite is a very very very durable wax. Surprisingly, its a carnuaba. You can find it @ any Advance Auto and if you read comments and reviews over @ Autopia, you'll see that its a lot of folk's favourite product for winter, when durabilty is a must. Now, Zaino is a tough one. Its very shiney and durable, but at the same time, unless you mix with a few drops of "ZFX" and do multiple applications, the look and durabilty is merely slightly above average, in my experience.

Thanks for the tip, but how do the moderators feel upon double posting, you know, since I already posted it here.

you can just pm one of them to move it from here to there without double posting. i'll look one of them up for ya, hold on.

ok, PM trey's wife(type it just like that), and she could do I think since shes the only mod for the southeast forum. Or pm Garnet Canuck

since he's an admin I think he has the power to do it too.

my car is never like that, the carpets where horrible, and the seats needed to be conditioned. My street has been demolished for the past 2 months and the dust/dirt everywhere made cleaning the car impossible....they poured asphalt like 3weeks ago, and the dust has just settled.

Believe me, my car never gets that bad, ive spent 5-7 hours detailing my car personally before.

I recommend Joy's work to anyone - very straight forward on what should be done and does the job how it NEEDS to be done, not sloppy.

Thanks a ton Joy - i just need to learn how to polish =P
