This is something we have been considering for some time, and we feel it will allow more people the opportunity to do business with us. Although we think we've covered all the bases, I do want to point out that this is a new undertaking for us. So, please keep this in mind and rest assured we will do our best to continue to provide the excellent service you are accustomed to. If you find any technical issues with this brand new website, please let us know via the email links on that site.

We are in no way trying to be the lowest price on the internet because that is a losing battle, but I feel very strongly that we provide a nice balance of pricing with the customer service and support our customers deserve. In the case of Genuine Infiniti Parts & Accessories, our online pricing reflects an automatic discount of 10% off MSRP. We offer UPS shipping and in-stock items ordered before 12pm go out the same day. As for the FGC members, UPS delivers anywhere in Florida in one day so it should be convenient for everyone here. Please review our Policies page for complete details on this new segment of our business.

For the immediate future, we will be adding more products to the lineup. Our goal is to offer all maintenance-type items right on the site, but we will always be able to offer ANY Infiniti part for ANY model via the Special Orders link on the site. Also, keep an eye out for special discounts or promotions from time to time.

We are going to be adding products on a daily basis right now. We started with the basic maintenance items, so that is why you only see a few items right now. Believe me, this is a full-time project adding items to the site! The site will be slanted towards the do-it-yourself crowd and replacement parts, but there will be some performance items mixed in there as well.

The one thing about you guys that is head and shoulders above anyone else, is your SERVICE...

 

are you going to have a full lineup of OEM parts available for searching on your website? similar to what courtesy nissan and riverside infiniti have on their parts sites?

As with anything new, we are starting out with the basic layout that you now see on the site. With that being said, we do offer ANY Infiniti part number via the site through the use of the SPECIAL ORDERS link. We will answer requests made through that link very quickly during normal business hours, and the Parts Staff will be looking those part numbers up for you and returning quotes via email. Or, if you already have a part number the quote would come back even easier.

Although we would have loved to put the entire catalog online, it is simply too big of a task at the present time. Our goal for now is to establish a presence online and take good care of our customers. It is my personal hope that this division of our business will soon develop into something big, requiring further progression. For now, we are starting small and easy.

We've been busy adding more parts over the last few days- check it out! Right now we are concentrating on OEM accessories and maintenance parts, but this will definitely be an ever-evolving project.
